<p>It was a pleasure dealing with Lisa and Gord. They were easy to get a hold of and kept us informed every step of the way. They helped us price our property appropriately and we ended up with a quick sale and almost full asking price. When the buyer tried to roll back the price after the home inspection Lisa and Gord had our backs and got the deal done to everyone's satisfaction.</p>

<p>We enjoyed working with Alex and were very lucky to benefit from his knowledge of new developments in the Foothills. Alex made the purchase from afar easy.</p>

<p>Avril is the hardest working most dedicated realtor I've ever worked with, if all realtors put half as much into their jobs as Avril does they probably wouldn't have such a bad reputation. It was an absolute pleasure working with Avril and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.</p>

<p>We contacted Glenn last fall and discussed what our criteria was for our forever home. After a couple of showings Glenn and (ourselves) had a bettter feel for what we wanted with what was available within the market. He never once made us feel like we were imposing on him and always managed to set up a viewing within our time line. We had a min. 4 hour drive each way and our time line was very tight. It wasn't just the basic tax questions, but being able to provide an explanation about the different water systems etc that Glenn was able to provide. He always got back to us with answers to a particular viewing-usually before we got home. Things like-where was this house moved from?-or getting information regarding building bylaws (we were in some instances thinking of building our own shop) and chasing down info for where the septic fields ran etc.</p>
