From the beginning interview Joanne was knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of this transaction. Living in the area was an asset in this rural community. Contact with the agent was easy, there was always an email/text reply or return phone call in a very timely manner. I always felt informed and in control of this sale, the decision was always mine. I think Joanne did everything she could to ensure the sale of this property as quickly as possible. When negotiating price her feedback was honest and straight forward. I have recommended Joanne to several of my friends who have their home for sale and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Glenn was very helpful throughout the whole process of finding us a home. He was always available to be reached at any time of the day whether it by by email or phone call. Any time we wanted to take a look at a house, he set up a viewing right away for us. Glenn also had a lot of knowledge about the areas we were interested in and helped us choose the perfect house!
