<p><br /> Joanne was contacted after the first agent we picked was unable to meet the expectations we had for a realtor.<br /> She took on the sale after the prime time for sales had passed. She worked extremely hard and was able to get almost daily showings.<br /> A sale was completed in December with a possession date of Feb 02, 2019.<br /> I believe that if Joanne was our first choice then our expectations would have been filled.<br /> Joanne enjoys her work. She provided constant feedback from showings and worked diligently regardless of the late hours in the evening.<br /> A real gemstone for the Remax team.</p>

Alex and the Salt/Fowler team were wonderful and made the process of selling my late mother’s home simple, easy, and smooth. Even though I live out of town, I felt confident that they were on top of everything. They made me feel important, rather than just another client. Alex and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend them.

Alex Wambold is very professional and most of all, he is always available to answer whatever questions I had.He is there to guide me through some of the processes which were unknown to me. He is patient, pleasant and in constant communication.

Alex was wonderful to work with, very professional and friendly. We were thankful that we had someone so knowledgeable to advise us through the process. There was just one aspect of this experience that we felt could have been handled a little differently. It is difficult to explain this but I will do my best. We looked at several condo units, one being the Regency. He gave us some advice about the unit there being a very good investment, which we appreciated. However, we felt that he pressed the point perhaps a little harder than necessary. Then, when we looked at the condo in Turtle Mountain Estates, he pointed out a few positives, but you could tell he wasn't as positive about this complex as the Regency. I guess what I am saying, is that he allowed his personal feelings about the complexes to be seen. It made one feel that they were settling for second best. We really like the condo we choose, and it was within our price range which the ones in the Regency were not. Turtle Mountain Estates seems to be a great building, although maybe not as upscale as the Regency. We just want to reiterate that Alex did a fantastic job and we would definitely recommend him to other people. Thank you so much Alex!!
