The experience with our realtor was very positive throughout. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process of purchasing. She provided great documentation on both property background and all concerns leading to an offer. We would defiantly use her service again for a listing or purchase.

We found Bryan to be very friendly and honest. He was always on time, presented well and listened to what we wanted. He took a lot of time on weekends to drive all over the place, Shuswap, Vernon, Kelowna etc, as we did not know where we wanted to buy and this really helped us narrow down to more specific areas. This was a huge help. Neighbourhood knowledge: We were looking at so many areas it was hard to know them all but Bryan did know a lot and was also learning. That was great. Experience: We didn't need as much guidance as some people might as we have bought many properties. Negotiation Skills: Again we kinda knew what we wanted to do and Bryan listened to what we wanted. Did you get the value you desired: Well we are happy with the house we purchased but would like to have gotten a lower price but the seller wouldn't budge.
