Ryan Fach has been my realtor for two house sales and one house purchase, and I would not hesitate to use him again. Together with the Neal Estate team, they are a formidable machine when they get going. Ryan’s experience and professionalism definitely helped me to secure the purchase of my new house. I followed his advice and sure enough everything worked out. He knew when to push forward and, equally as important, when to hold back. Ryan was always quick to respond to my questions and doubts, giving his honest opinion and offering realistic advice. In the emotional and overwhelming world of real estate, he’s a great person to have on your side.

During the last several years, I have retained the professional services of real estate agent and expert, Ryan Fach, of the well-known Victoria realty firm, RE/MAX Generation-The Neal Estate Group. As the executor of my late mother’s estate, Ryan was instrumental in effecting the sale of no less than five of my mother’s real properties, four of which consisted of rental properties in various states of disrepair and tenanted by not the easiest of tenants, to say the least…Ryan was a most assiduous worker and continuously kept me apprised of the market conditions and commentary delivered not only by prospective purchasers, but also those of his fellow agents. His sage advice and constant humour was most welcome even during the most difficult negotiations.
