Who do you call when you want to sell your house that you have lived in for 30 years, and don’t know where to start? This was our story, we lived in the same house for 30 years and it was time to downsize and move onto the next phase of our lives. We reached out to Roxann to start the conversation about selling our house and the steps needed to maximize the selling price. Roxann and her team met with us early on, way before we were ready to list and sell, she suggested ways to improve the salability of our home. Even though we were not going to sell until the fall, Roxann suggested we take pictures of the yard in the summer, because people would not be able to see how nice the yard was in the winter. Also, small improvements to our home were suggested to improve the showings. We took Roxann’s advice and got our house ready. After listing the house, we had a very fair offer within four days of listing and closed within a month.
