He helped coordinate all the necessary aesthetic upgrades for the home prior it going to market. Throughout the process he kept me informed either by message or email and was always available on a moment's notice to talk. He's instills trust and this was paid back in spades when the house sold very quickly and at the expected selling price. I'm convinced he was the only realtor I spoke with who could do this job to the level he delivered on. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the area.

The thing I liked most about Ricardo was that he listened to my concerns. Selling my home of 18 years and moving to an apartment was very difficult for me.
