I can't recommend Reza and Nav enough. We were buying our first home, knew nothing about the market, and knew nothing about what to look for in a property, and Reza guided us through everything and was always so caring, thoughtful, and attentive. Even after our purchase was complete, he still followed up and continues to help us with any ongoing questions we have. He even went so far as to help prepare the house for our move-in by power-washing the deck himself and helping us with our boxes. An absolutely stellar realtor and an even more stellar guy! My experience with Reza Hedayat on the purchase of our townhome was very pleasant! He is very knowledgeable about the market and gave great advice while not being dictating. Reza is one of a kind. He’s knowledgeable, really easy to talk to, and has an incredible work ethic. He went out of his way to make sure we were well-informed during every step of the home purchase process and responded promptly to any questions we had. I remember he stood in the parking lot with us for probably an hour after our viewing just answering our questions and making sure we understood all the requirements needed for purchasing a home. He arranged home staging and hired a professional photographer to create beautiful drone footage and photos of our home. Reza did all of this and more than I would ever expect a realtor to do!
