Rebecca is the only reason we were able to navigate this crazy market. First time home buyers and she explained everything! No question was out of range for her. Since we were new we wanted to see everything! She was happy to meet us for a walk through anytime that worked for us. She was also super easy to talk to so we could decide houses that wouldn't work for us. Rebecca is truly a kind and wonderful person who goes out of her way to accommodate your needs.

Rebecca was recommended to us. Once we connected, she was quick to review our wants/needs list and come up with a list of potential properties. We moved from Saskatchewan to PEI, so most of this was done online and with a 3 hour time difference. Rebecca was extremely flexible and super quick to respond to our inquiries and questions. We viewed 2 homes virtually and she provided a great experience for us on FaceTime. She made sure it was very comparable to an in-person viewing. Being that we had a short time frame to purchase a home in PEI, Rebecca made sure she was available at any time that week to ensure we found exactly what we wanted. Rebecca assisted with locating a home inspector and made sure all of our time lines were met. We ended up purchasing a home with Rebecca. During the transition, while we were living in another province, Rebecca assisted with several things to ensure the home was ready for us when we arrived. Throughout all of our interactions, Rebecca was honest, professional and very personable. Rebecca made a very stressful time, much easier. Rebecca is experienced in her field and has a broad range of knowledge when it comes to renovations and ideas for making a house a home. We would highly recommend her and would 100% use her in the future if we move again! Thanks Rebecca!

Rebecca was amazing . She eased our minds moving from Ontario to pei durning the Covid. She even helped find people to help unload the trailer . I would highly recommend her to anyone.

What can I say, Rebecca was absolutely amazing to deal with. We were out of province purchasers, looking to purchase a property for our son that is living on the Island (Going to UPEI). I cannot imagine going through this process without the guidance, professionalism and confidence that we experienced with Rebecca. She made herself available to us 24 hours a day, to not only answer our questions , but to support us and answer any and all questions. She completely understood our need and was able to find us, and close on the perfect property with a closing date and price that we agreed upon (and was even able to get us our property below asking!). Rebecca was not interested in just selling us a property, her goal was to find us a property that worked for OUR needs. In Addition to assisting us with our purchase, she was able to put us in touch with a very reputable home inspection company and a top notch law firm to handle our closing.
