She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that the all aspects of the home purchase are right for you and suits all of your unique needs and circumstances. She's very experienced and has a wealth of knowledge to share, I learned so much from her throughout my home buying process. She gave me great advice when it came to condo prices and with her help I found a great home that I'm excited about. I would recommend Nina to anyone who is looking for a fantastic realtor who isn't just looking to make a quick sale and won't let you overpay. In fact, when I decided I wanted to put an offer on my new home she booked 10 more showings to make sure I was confident about my decision. She makes herself available and is quick to respond despite her busy schedule. She's also just very kind and was fun to go to showings with. My first home buying experience was a great one because of her.

I recently bought my new place with Nina and it was relly good experience! First I started with another agent but that guys was almost useless. He was sitting in the phone for 95% of the appointment: no comments, no ideas, no advices, nothing. Nina is comletely different kind of story. She is really knowledgeable and truly customer oriented professional. Together we visited a lot of places and at every place she was really helpfull and useful. She explained us all advantages and flaws, all pros and cons.
