So, my husband called and arranged a visit where Nick and his assistant Cindy arrived at our home where they both shared their exceptional market knowledge and answered all our questions and concerns. It was not till we told Nick we were looking to move further east, away from the city towards Port Hope or far as Kingston. Nick did not blink an eye and offered to be our buying agent. Other agents we talked with would only help recommend a buying agent in those areas and could only be our selling agent. He went above & beyond for us every weekend, till we found our country home. We placed an offer on condition of sale. Once accepted we placed our home on the market and sold it in 5 days. Nick, it was a joy and pleasure collaborating with you and your team.
