With an empty unit this sale went quickly. 2 showings and 1 offer after the first weekend listed. Natasha did a great job working with the property manager to get in and get the photos that helped the sale move quickly. She even recommended a lawyer for me since I live out of town. I would have liked to get a bit more the property but her recommendation was to accept the counter.
