Natasha is a very effective communicator and was always available to answer our questions and concerns.</p>

Our agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making us aware of previous listings and sales in our area. She provided us with a comprehensive analysis of the above and recommended a starting selling price based on this analysis. She was very helpful in recommending small improvements to assist in the sale of our home as well as giving us pointers for effectively staging our home. We found her to be professional and approachable in both the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. She understood our needs and made us aware of suitable properties that would meet our needs.

Solid, friendly and professional service and was prompt and honest in the valuation process, which lead to an offer in only one day of being listed.
