Nas and his team were absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond and timely in meeting us. I have purchased and sold many properties with other realtors and Nas is by far the best I've dealt with. He makes you feel valued and shows his appreciation to his clients by having a client appreciation night that are above and beyond. Its a night out with your spouse and extremely entertaining. He gets involved with the community. He even invests his time into getting you the biggest bang for your buck on your property by getting stagers to come in and give you advice on the property you're selling. We had tenants in the house and he worked with them to create the least amount of stress on their family. He got us hundred thousand over our asking price. He is well versed in his field and it shows. He knows how to plan a strategic approach in order to facilitate a easy stream lined sale of your property. He has check lists and ensures everything that needs to be done is done for a streamlined closing. We used him based on co-workers recommendations and couldn't be more happy that we did.
