I have worked with Moe multiple times and have been very happy every single time, especially the last deal where he managed to successfully sell my condo in 1 week in the worst condo market. He set realistic expectations from the very beginning, although he exceeded them all. He is very knowledgeable about the market and is extremely efficient and punctual. He went above and beyond to make it happen. I would recommend Moe to anyone looking to buy and/or sell.
