I was looking for a realtor to help me with the sale of my home and I used Mike mainly due to positive reviews from others that used him and were very happy with his services. I had zero experience in real estate and had no idea where to start. Mike explained the whole process and was there every step of the way ready to answer any questions I had or to give advice in getting the home ready for the open house. He is very personable and professional and honest. He knows the market and was great at negotiating and we ending up getting over asking price just a few days after the open house! I will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone that needs a realtor whether they are buying , selling or Both - you will not be disappointed!! 10 Star!!

My wife and I bought an acreage in Apr 2024 and sold our existing duplex in June 2024 We explained to Mike what we were looking for in the acreage (less than 2 acres, within 40km of our employment and didn’t want a handyman special) and the listings he sent us met this criteria. During the multiple viewings Mike would take the time to answer any of our questions and give us his honest opinion if the property was accurately priced based on the property and market conditions. Finally we found a property we wanted to make an offer on and it went into multiple offers (5 to be exact) Mike explained where we would have to revise our initial offer to if we were comfortable with the price to have a great chance of being successful in winning the bidding war. We took his advice and got the property Now we were ready to list our existing home. Mike explained on how we would need to stage the property in order to make a 2007 single car garage duplex look like a show home. Throughout getting the property ready to list Mike was in contact with us giving advice on what other work we needed to do in order to get top dollar for the sale. The property was listed on Fri, went pending Sat afternoon receiving 5 offers and selling 25k over list. My wife and I would highly recommend using Mike as your realtor
