It is a common practice for realtors and sales jobs alike to be aggressive with sales tactics, only caring about the commissions afterwards. Matthew proved that not all agents act in such a way and there are still people out there who take pride in their work and helping others. He showed excellent patience with me during the searching process, continuing to browse until I was completely satisfied with what we encountered. I felt as though Matthew genuinely cared for where I would call my new home and was not in any rush to place me somewhere I would not be satisfied with. Communication is clearly an area of strength for Matthew as he always answered questions and concerns diligently. I plan to use Matthew for not only my own future transactions with real estate, but friends and family as well.
