I’ve known Mathew for years and our family have used him for two sales and just recently a purchase of a town home. He negotiated a price lower then I ever thought I could get so is def looking out for you and not the commission he will make! He has an awesome eye for detail and points out good things and bad things just to make sure you are totally aware of everything.
