When i decided to come back to Canada from living abroad for many years, i was surprised at how few relators replied to my requests for a modestly priced Condo. I contacted Marlise Alves and had a pleasant meeting and discussion about various prospects. The coffee was good. Marlise was very helpful at gathering information and setting up times to see a bunch of properties. Her friendly and approachable nature made me feel comfortable and confident. As a first time buyer, i didn't feel any pressure or unwillingness from Marlise to help me find what i was looking for. Her dedication, trustworthiness and openness is a great asset in the Edmonton home real estate market, and will use her expertise in the near future.

Marlise is an amazing realtor who goes out of her way to help her clients purchase their dream home and settle down. She helped me every step of the way as i had very little knowledge with condo purchase and Marlise made everything so smooth. I never had to worry about a single thing as she was on top of it.
