We worked with Mark for over a month looking for a Condo to rent. Mark was always upfront and honest, never pushed us or give us bad advice. When we wanted to see a place Mark was always there and always tried to work on our schedule. I recently worked with Mark to buy a new home and sell my existing home. Mark is very experienced and knowledgeable about housing markets and selling strategies and I was able to sell my house quickly for a great price. Mark made himself available at all times, always keeping me informed. When home repairs were required, Mark stepped in and coordinated these repairs, which is above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Additionally Mark worked with my lawyer to provide all the necessary paperwork, making my life as easy as possible. Mark was in constant communication with all parties during this process, making sure everyone was happy. Mark is the ultimate professional and I am so happy and thankful he was my agent.
