We were able to get a below-market purchase price at the height of the hottest real estate market in which other properties had multiple offers that drove up the prices. + Great networking skills. Margaux has good connections and rapport with other real estate professionals (agents, brokers, notary public, home inspectors), and was able to get us the "insight scoops" of the real estate listings and market trends. She won't hesitate to reach out to her connections to find the right information. + Excellent communicator. Margaux is always courteous, professional and timely in her communication. She won't hesitate to pick up the phone to walk us through the offers, contracts and other documents, and always responded to our text, email and calls promptly.

Our Experience with Margaux was great! She was very professional. She was timely and responsive to our questions even though we had quite a lot of them. It was great that she also had knowledges about the neighborhoods that helped us decide the pros and cons of buying something in conjunction with the price points. Margaux is an amazing agent. She helped me buy my first home (during the pandemic too!) and made this seemingly complex/intimidating process smooth and painless. Initially, we were worried about hiring an agent because we didn't want to feel pressured into buying. Furthermore, I was worried that my inexperience would make me easy to be taken advantage of. However, Margaux was patient and was always understanding; not once did we feel pressured into making any decisions and she always had our best interests in mind.
