I LOVE Marcella. She works hard, has objective advice and opinions, is honest about what she does or does not know and has the best personality. Her communication skills are fantastic. She won't oversell OR undersell your property. Her descriptions stand out from typical real estate descriptions you will see. Inventive, conscientious, passionate and hilarious. I personally do not think you could get a better realtor. Marcella was AMAZING! My husband and I worked with many realtors before being led to her. We have looked at over 100 houses before we found the one! We went through being pushed into weird contracts, made uncomfortable, being scrutinized by our age, realtors judging us on how picky we were and thinking they knew us. Marcella did none of those. Being a young couple and doing our first home purchase is and was a big deal. It was all new. She knew everything we needed, and if something stumped her, she ALWAYS asked someone else. She was always a text away, and never made us feel like a bother. It is a strange thing to think of but it was a very personal relationship; she took all of our skills, combined them with hers and helped us search every inch of homes we wanted. She pushed us to ask hard questions to sellers, and gave so much valuable advice on house sales, inspections, and negotiating. She has a whole team of people she trusts to do everything from brokering to house inspections. Every single person she recommends was phenomenal, and could not speak more highly of her. We consider ourselves a savvy young couple, and have large goals. There is no one else we would trust to help us make this choice other than Marcella. Every so often in life you work with people who understand you and respect you, no matter your age, and it fosters the kind of trust we now place in Marcella. If you need a realtor I would recommend Marcella a million times over. She works tirelessly to make sure her customers are happy, protected, and taken care of. Marcella was the perfect realtor for me, as a busy professional I do not have slot of time. She worked around my timeline was punctual, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable about pricing and market trends.At the same time friendly and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the feedback after every showing. My property had an offer and sold within 24 hours of listing. When the inspection found a missing shingle, Marcella went above and beyond and found a roofer to match the correct colour and replace the shingle !
