Majinder is a 5 star plus realtor! I highly recommend him as he has never let me down! Majinder sold my home in 2018, he's on point and a great negotiatator. His dedication, work ethics and knowledge of the industry will definitely give you peace of mind, you know your in good hands. He just sold my condo, yes, in this crazy market in 2 days!!! He gives the full package which included staging, cleaning and knowledge of the current market, this is at the same rates everyone else charges. Manjinder was very professional, courteous and helpful in selling our property. He was very clear in outlining our objectives and how to maximize our realized sale price for the property. He helped us find packers and painters in preparing the house for sale. He also provided stagers and cleaners to get the house ready for listing.
