Louise is one of the best! We enlisted her help to sell our mini home and buy our forever home. Suffice it to say the process was anything but straightforward. We hit obstacle after obstacle. At times it felt hopeless and like we'd never get to the finish line. Louise was nothing but patient and solution driven. There was no situation she didn't tackle head on. When we felt like throwing in the towel she gave us the hope and encouragement to keep going. And we're so glad we did. We are loving our new (to us) home! Louise is professional yet still personable and very knowledgeable. If you work with her you know you're in the best hands. She does what she does to make dreams come true and she won't stop until she does. Without her we wouldn't be where we are today. There aren't enough thank yous to express our gratitude.

I appreciated her willingness to help me. She was always kind, and emailed me often. I would have liked to have known from the start how much my home would go for given its address. As it is, we started at 199000 and I agreed in the end to 167000, but was told the offer was for 165000. A better understanding of the market in the Valley would have been helpful. Still, I appreciated what she did.

As I work in the real estate industry myself, I interact with many real estate professionals. There is a specific reason I chose Louise to facilitate my purchase and if I had to do it all again I would choose her every time! Louise is the most timely, professional, respectful, and polite realtor I have had the privilege to work with. Do not mistake these words with her lack of "get it done" attitude. She is like a "dog on a bone" dedicated to get you every dollar you deserve, and will go over and above to see that all of the professionals needed in a purchase or sale transaction complete what is necessary when it is necessary. When purchasing long distance you have to place a lot of trust in other people, Louise did not disappoint. She was very responsive, answered my questions, when a small glitch came up a closing, she was on it and had it resolved quickly. Even after closing she made me aware of an issue (of my own making) and had it taken care of before I could. The people that she recommended were professional and got the job done. I would definitely work with her in the future and recommend to others.

It was an all-around pleasure working with Louise to sell my house. She had an extremely quick turnaround for staging (which looked amazing), photos/videos, and held multiple open houses. Louise was very well versed with the market in my area and provided accurate suggestions and detailed “whys” on the list price. She kept me updated on all activity from open houses, showings, and online traffic. Louise answered in an extremely timely fashion (close to always immediately!) all of my texts, emails, and phone calls. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Louise.
