Logan had experience in the area that I was sell in and that was a great help. The negotiations went well and painless. It was a quick sale of the house and that is what I needed.

Logan had been great helping my parents and I market their property and find a new home. He was great with negotiations with the owner of the home we did purchase and gave really good advice on where to start. He also is not forceful trying to convince us to settle for low numbers on our current property as he knows where our bottom line should be.

Unfortunately our sale occurred during one of the worse markets I've seen for a long time due in part to the Government's new Stress Test and unemployment in Alberta. I felt however, that my property was unique being in a prime infill located in the Brick Yard in Riverdale. Logan was recommended to me through my online research & networking however I had never heard on his MyVic realty agency before but upon meeting with him, felt confident in moving forward with him. What I found was that even given his young age, he showed tenacity and determination to get the sale done. He communicated regularly and provided strategies for success. We had a buyer the first week however that fell through as our buyers could not find a seller even after drastic price cuts. It ended up taking several months to finally sell but Logan never gave up and worked even harder towards a happy end.

<p>In general we are happy working with Logan to have our property sold in a timely manner.</p> <p>If he can expand his knowledge on the development permits, city zoning and by-laws requirements that will definitely help to understand of and speed up the RPR/compliance certification process. Also, if he can provide more frequent updates (i.e. conditions removal, buyer responses, RPR status, closing process, etc.), it would help to relieve some of my anxiety and stress during this process.</p>
