We scheduled a showing on a Sunday afternoon, out of the 5 houses we visited, one house stood out. Lisa worked the whole night to prepare an offer for the property that we wanted, signed all the papers Sunday night, and the offer was accepted the following day. Wow, that's what I call exceptional service! With Lisa's vast knowledge of Guelph and the current market, we know that we made the right decision. We have been planning to get a second property and Lisa's expertise made it come to reality. This has been the best experience we had so far.
