Laura’s service was fantastic. She totally stepped it up, from her quick response to follow ups and turn around time she understood immediately what my objective was and nailed it. She answered my questions, gave me direction on what and how to present my listing and all within an extremely tight timeline on a rural property. She wrote an outstanding description of my cottage, quite possibly the best I have read, coordinated perfect shots with a great photographer and then successfully negotiated several offers to secure a firm deal and over asking! Though we never met in person due to distance her service was professional and personal and I felt I was in great hands.
