This is my first time dealing with such a large transaction. I have been overwhelmed with grief having lost three family members in a short period of time. Keith’s kind words, confidence, and knowledge of what he is doing has made me feel safe and comforted during the sale of my family home. I would recommend Keith to anyone asking for help to buy or sell a home. If I could give more stars, I would.

We were moving to Ottawa for the first time for a rental property. Starting a new job, needed to move quickly, with a specific area required to work for work location. We were referred to Keith by a friend-of-a-friend and it was the best referral I have ever had. Keith was responsive, thoughtful and helped us find a perfect place for us. What amazed me the most was he quick response time and his incredible ability to make a (surprisingly) complicated process understandable and manageable. There was a lot of paperwork, going back and forth, submitting forms - and Keith helped with it all - with a smile and good humor! As I now sit in the apartment, wildly happy, I can only thank Keith and encourage you to work with him. He was perfect for us!
