<p>My experience with Keith was fantastic! He knows his stuffs. Often I had questions difficult for me but he's just like a mind reader he will give you an answer then you are speechless because you know he s got the experience and it works. He always ahead of the game and he will help you no matter what.</p> <p>Anyone looking to buy a house do not wait ask for Keith he will help you out. I am a very busy person as a trucker and he did some of my work at times which I appreciated big time. Keith knows how to read your mind and very intelligent person and above all respects your decisions but he will put his tips to you if he think you are off track. He saved me a lot of time and money.</p> <p>Keith, I give you credits and thank you so much for helping me you were the best and have been pretty lucky to have you.</p> <p>Cheers!!</p>

<p>We were looking for our first home in Ottawa and were referred to Keith Bray by a family friend. We soon got in touch and went to the RE/MAX on Bronson to meet him; what we thought was going to be a short discussion turned out to be a very detailed and informative session.</p> <p>Keith's way of operating is professional - you can't describe it any other way, and we noticed that from the start. Instead of approaching it as just another sale, he let us make all the shots, ask all the questions, and above all, he listened to every word we said. For every concern, he had a solution... actually he had multiple. We tend to get hung up on even the smallest of details, but Keith was always able to point us in the right direction. Addressing concerns head on, he made the process feel legitimate which showed us how seriously he takes his profession.</p> <p>I don't think we would call realty his job; it's definitely his passion. This is evident from the moment you're given "the presentation" when he first meets his clients. We dealt with another agent last year, and the first time we met them was at a house they wanted to show us. This is not how Keith operates.</p> <p>We would like to thank Keith for respecting us and the process, being patient, and having confidence in our decisions and letting us go at our own pace. He always kept working hard for us. He is someone who will always be on your team, no matter how long you take to make your decision. This is really what impressed us, the fact that after seeing so many houses, that he still showed up on time, every time. We ended up seeing every type of house in the city, but we eventually found the home that will make us happy and where we will be able to raise a family.</p> <p>Keith, thank you very much for all the hard work you put in. <p>Keith was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer questions, and provide advice. He helped us come to a decision on a home in a months time. This was my first home buying experience, and I can't imagine it going any better than it did with Keith!</p>

He had vast knowledge of neighbourhoods, their histories, and the re-sell time for certain areas and styles of homes.</p> <p>He seems to have a solid network of contacts with trades and professionals within the city and was always able to provide us with a referral when we needed one.</p> <p>Keith is punctual and phenomenal when it comes to responding in a timely manner to voicemails and emails.</p> <p>He clearly loves working with families and kids and made a point to engage with our 11 month old son and get him laughing when the little guy became bored of wandering around homes.</p> <p>We are already recommending Keith to everyone we know. He made this home buying process easy and enjoyable when it could have easily been stressful and difficult.</p>
