I have accepted my Daughter's and Son In-law's recommendation for Katayoon as our Selling Agent of our condo and I am so pleased that I have made that decision. I, myself, as a realtor for over 45 years before I retired, I think I know a thing or two about the real estate industry, and I sure can tell that Katayoon is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. She is knowledgeable, and have provided us with a detail market analysis with excellent plan for marketing this condo. With her expertise in handling the sale, she has achieved our goal of getting a smooth and problem free negotiation and obtained the highest possible sale price for our condo. I know Katayoon always puts the best interest of her clients as the top priority. That is extremely important as a realtor. This was our first time selling a property. The market was not in a good position but when our tenants gave notice, we knew that it was time to sell. Katayoon immediately helped us evaluate our options and put a game plan into place. She assisted us with tradespeople and gave advice based on our specific needs. We needed a quick sale for as much as possible (doesn't everyone?) Her team was able to show the condo immediately upon listing and we had an offer on the second day. It fell through on their end for financing reasons but Katayoon didn't miss a beat and already had back up showings and 2 new offers the next day. Our condo sold in days with a very fast completion because she pays attention to the needs everyone involved and makes things happen. One approach can not fit everyone but the correct agent can certainly adapt to each situation and we are so lucky to have exactly THAT agent! Katayoon was amazing throughout the entire process. We had purchased before selling and, in readying our home for sale, Katayoon was able to provide us with a great selection of trades, such as painters. She also provided staging services to help us present our already lovely home in its best possible light. Despite a softening market we were able to get offers in just a few weeks. She was very good at helping us determine which offer would work best for us in our circumstances and was wonderful at helping us navigate the stressful sales process. After the sale concluded she continued to provide services that allowed us to focus on packing and moving. And, to top it all off, she gave us a beautiful painting that she had painted as a housewarming gift. We are now in our forever home, but would not hesitate to recommend Katayoon to friends or anyone needing real estate services.
