It was by chance that I met Karen at an open house. Her positive outlook and helpfulness was what drew me to ask for her help selling my property. Other agents were telling me it could take two years to sell because of its uniqueness, location, and market. There is a limited pool of buyers that would be interested in the property. I knew that it was just a matter of finding the right buyer. It was just a few short weeks not years before an acceptable offer came in. I believe that the presentation of the property was a big factor in selling it. It was presented in such a way that it drew attention to what made it special. Karen and Jeff had the insight to see what made the property special and they worked hard to sell it. Karen was very helpful during the process and explained things clearly to me.
