Julia helped our family to purchase our first property through the incredibly challenging housing market during COVID time. She trained us, explained how to look at properties, what would gain and lose value, where to look at and was incredibly flexible, accomodating the weirdest requirements we put. We visited an enormous amount of homes and she always make sure to setup open house appointments in a way that would be functional for us, including a stop to some playground afterward. She's been very professional, hard working and exceptional through every step. Her experience with families allowed her to have a clear picture of all the weird needs that we had due to having children. We loved working with her, we loved chatting with her through the 6 months time it took for us to finally buy and we miss so much not meeting anymore! It was an absolute delight to work with Julia.
