Josh was very patient answering all our questions - he was quick to response to all our inquiries. We look forward to transferring to our new place.

Josh was great, he worked some magic to get us the one and only floor plan we wanted when they were all sold or reserved. Josh walks you through all the process and is very clear in his communications. He lays everything out and gives you the next steps. When we ask him questions he is patient and professional, providing us with detailed answers. I have not gotten any vibes from him where he is fed up with our questions or found a question stupid.
