We met Joel by looking at a house and having a listing agent recommend him. We weren't sure what to expect. He was helpful, patient and good mannered. We looked at several homes and he was always the consummate professional. He offered his option but was also more then accommodating when listening to mine. When we made an offer he went to the wall for us. All in all he is what I would expect a professional to be. I would definitely how him again.
