Jessica helped us find a detached house in Vancouver for our family of 4 in June 2021. We hired her since she came highly recommended by a friend and colleague of mine. We are very glad that we did follow this recommendation, because Jessica is a fantastic real estate agent. Vancouver is, of course, a notoriously difficult housing market, but Jessica helped us navigating it expertly and highly professionally. She knows the market very well, was constantly in contact with us, updated us on new properties on the market, and came to every showing we went to, pointing out issues with the properties. This turned out to be invaluable advice because she sees weaknesses and issues in properties that my wife and I did not. Once we decided to make an offer, she guided us calmly through the entire process. This process can be very stressful, but with Jessica's help it went through very smoothly. In fact, our very first offer was accepted on exactly the property we wanted, slightly below asking price. So not only is Jessica extremely nice and polite to her clients, but she can also negotiate with the seller's side very well. We have now lived in our new house for over a year, and we are very happy with it! A particular strength of Jessica is that she has very good contacts to the best businesses related to the real-estate industry in Vancouver, whether it is about home renovation, notaries, or anything else that comes up during- or after the buying process. Whenever we need to get something in the house fixed, we contact Jessica to get a recommendation for someone who can do the job. All her recommendations have been extremely good. This is an invaluable service that Jessica provides to her past clients, because it helps avoid issues of no-shows and other unprofessional practices that are so common among handymen and contractors in the city. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a real-estate agent who stays in contact with you after the purchase. And Jessica does exactly this. As a consequence of our very positive experience we have recommended Jessica to several of our friends who are or were on the buyer's side of the market since.

Jessica has represented me on multiple occasions when I have been a buyer and as a seller. She has unfailingly been professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
