I retained Jen to sell a portfolio of listings for me. We had five homes that all needed some level of repair, and she gave us straight and honest advice as to what would increase value. I now plan to sell my personal residence with her this year. I really appreciated the tools she used. Most of these listings were vacant, so she had them virtually staged. The pictures were great. More importantly though, I have to say I really appreciate who she is as a person. She is kind and generous to her customers, and invited my entire family and I to her client appreciation party. Truly a classy lady before and after the deal.
