Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She listened to everything we wanted in our new home and answered all of our questions at any crazy time of the day they popped into our heads. She worked with us through the hardest and stressful parts of buying and selling a home and would meet us at a potential place at the drop of a hat. I'd recommend her to anyone I know for buying or selling a home!!

Jennifer was great! She was so great at explaining the entire process of buying our home especially since it was our first time going through this process. She was there every step of the way!

Not only did Jennifer complete the usual tasks provided by an agent, she went above and beyond our expectations. She shovelled snow when I couldn’t get to the house to do so myself, she alerted me to a scam on kijiji and involved the police immediately and after the sale was complete, but before possession date, she acted on our behalf to have an advertising vehicle belonging to the buyer promptly removed from our front yard. In addition, Jennifer has continually kept us advised on stars regarding completed sales of properties in specific areas where we own additional properties. She alerts us to potential opportunities and has always provided sound suggestions regarding prepping a property for sale, timing of a listing, consideration of offers etc. We carefully monitor real estate activity in Saskatoon as we exit the market and she’s a vital link to the information we require to feel comfortable making decisions whether to sell or to temporarily hold a property. We have recommended Jennifer for years and will continue to do so.

Jennifer was exceptional. Starting with our first conversation, she was able to help me narrow down and identify the properties of most interest to me. She was available whenever I had questions and provided many tools and resources to help me through the process. I would not hesitate to reach out to her to her again if I was purchasing a property!
