Maximum 10000 characters! Really! That's not NEAR enough to let you know what I think of Jen and Dave. Jen demonstrated grace, poise, professionalism when we asked for her help in 2008? to possibly purchase a house in Claresholm. My husband and I were in disagreement to purchase. Jen suggested a property inspection to settle the score. In the end, the inspection result fell short, so no sale occurred. Jen never received a dime from us. When I think of the time she spent with us, the travel to Claresholm, she never ONCE rolled her eyes to what must have seemed like nothing but a 'waste of time'. I have the deepest respect for this woman. Her experience and knowledge in real estate, not to mention a stellar personality to go along with it was so evident. Then there's Dave Brodoway. What can I say! My husband and I are forever indebted to his kindness and commitment to 'get the job done'. In every aspect, Dave and Durrell were professional - in their demeanor, not belittling the fact that the sale of our condo would amount to squat for commissions. However, we felt treated like we were selling a million dollar estate. Dave has a unique combination in not only having the PR skills in dealing with different parties, but the knowledge base, and a driving force to make things happen. It left us feeling so confident in who we had chosen for the task of selling our condo. Yes, I could go on and on. We are truly blessed to have been involved with this team -- the video/photographer (sorry, forgot her name), Durrell, Dave, and Jen. We continue to highly recommend them.

Jennifer was an amazing realtor. She was on point for all the details. It was very easy to sell my house with her taking care of everything. I had total confidence that everything was being completed in a timely manner. My house sold very quickly and I'm very happy she helped me price my house which was a difficult thing to do.

I just wanted share my experience of working with Jennifer and Dave Brodoway. I have dealt with a number of realtors in the past having made over 40 real estate transactions and I must say that Jenn and Dave are head and shoulders above the rest. They listen to what you want, are not pushy and take the time to find the perfect home. They have great local knowledge and will point out things that, as a prospective purchaser, one might not have considered. All in all, a top notch team whom I thoroughly recommend.

We have used the services of Jennifer and Dave three times in the past six years. Twice to buy and once to sell a property for us (offer within a week). Their communication skills were above and beyond, always with our best interests at heart. They will be our go to people if we look for selling or purchasing in the future. Where do I start? There is no comparison to the absolute professionalism Jennifer used from the moment we signed up, to the moment we signed off on the house. We signed up with Jennifer out of province - within the hour she had gone over to the house, did a quick run through, cleaned and dusted the place after sitting vacant for a couple of months. She had it staged and photographed within a day. There was no waiting; we didn’t feel brushed aside; we felt very taken care of and that really soothed our hearts as we were no longer in the province. I trust Jennifer and her amazing team whole heartedly and am so impressed - we can’t thank you enough for all that you have done and for selling our house so that now we can move - and live happily ever after.
