Jeffrey and his colleague Ashley were great to work with and managed to get an offer to us very quickly when comparables remained for sale. While the purchase price was lower than we expected we realized that the market had changed since we first priced it. Ashley worked through providing answers to the purchaser that allowed them to confidently remove their condition and firm up the sale. Glen and I are thankful for the job both Jeffrey and Ashley did at getting our condo sold and would recommend them to friends and family.
