Jan has been the best realtor I have met. I didn’t know her before, so my ratings are honest. I liked a property and clicked for someone to respond back. I was lucky enough that Jan called me and we started working together looking for a suitable place as I was new empty nester and didn’t know what would be suitable for me to live on my own with flexibility for my kids visiting me. Jan helped me sell my condo when the hot market was no longer a sellers market.we have come across a very difficult and unethical buyer and the entire time was really tough and stressful! I did not give up on her and in return, Jan has been patient and working her might to help me find another qualified buyer and finally, we made it and sold my condo smoothly.
