I just recently had the pleasure of working with James regarding the potential sale of my mom’s home to one of her grandsons. The family wanted to make sure that both my mom and her grandson were comfortable with the sales price of the home. I had worked with James previously and when the family needed to reach out to a realtor for some professional guidance, I immediately thought of James. I called him on a Friday, he met with me on the following Monday to complete a walk through of the home, and provided a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis report the next day. He did all this on a no fee, no commitment basis. I appreciate James’ timely and professional advice regarding this matter.
