I just want to say that I am extremely glad that I chose Heather as my realtor to buy my new home. From the very beginning to the end, she had always been responsive to my numerous inquiries, that I never had to wait a long time for her to get back to me. As a newcomer to Barrie, I didn't know much about the area but she gave me a lot of information, which helped tremendously. Even though my requests for viewings were sometimes very last-minute, she was able to schedule them right away so I could see the houses I wanted to check within my limited time table. Heather shared honest opinions on the houses we saw, and patiently waited until I found a place I really liked, instead of convincing me to just buy anything. She sincerely advised me on the offer price and as the result my family and I were able to find a new home in the neighbourhood we like with fair price. Heather knows her stuff - all the procedures went smoothly and flawlessly. I am definitely going back to her when I am moving again. Thank you Heather for everything!
