Guy was truly exceptional, and can’t be recommend enough! As first time home buyers in a very difficult market, we were so thankful to have a real estate agent as dedicated and knowledgeable as Guy. The amount of effort and time Guy put into walking us through the process really showed how much he valued and cared for us as clients. From the first day that we met, Guy spent the entire evening painting the “big picture”, how the process would play out, and the potential roadblocks we may face, especially in such a competitive housing market. From there on out, Guy was always available to provide us with the information that I needed (mainly for piece of mind) for every decision that I made, small or big. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. As first-time home buyers, Guy patiently and expertly helped us through every step, proactively offering advice, whether it was timing with a mortgage broker, or having an inspector ready on call for a speedy inspection. Most importantly Guy was extremely honest and realisitic during the entire process, specifically when it came to price, and the difficulties of buying a house in a hot market. We never felt pressure to buy a house we didn’t love, and the home we ended up with couldn’t be more perfect. Guy was truly fantastic to work with, and found us the home of our dreams.
