We sold our house in less than a week at a price several thousand above what we were originally asking. Ginny communicated with us constantly in the process of setting the price, staging the house, accessing necessary professionals for needed work, communicating with us about offers, and responding to conditions set by the provisional buyer. I would thoroughly recommend her to other sellers.

Ginny was excellent at keeping me informed as I lived out of town while the property was listed. She was great at finding trades to help me get the house ready. She assisted me with some of the hands on stuff I couldn’t do from a distance. She is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend her.

Ginny is an outstanding realtor, and I would recommend her very highly. She was always available to me by phone, text and in person. I never felt like I was on my own. Ginny never let me down. From the research she did, to staging, photos, selling, negotiating and buying a new home. I couldn’t be happier!
