Garry is a very genuine realtor who always strives to give the best for his clients, be it buying or selling. Having worked with multiple realtors, he is the best I have seen. He is very knowledgable and will always guide his clients in the right direction. Despite being a tough market for a seller, he had sold my house for highest in the neighborhood. He had at least done 7 open houses voluntairly, travelling all the way from Brampton to Stratford. He did everything he could to sell my property. He patiently answers all your questions and doesn't hesitate to pick up your call even in the middle of night. I would highly recommend Garry for someone who want to buy or sell their house.
