First time purchase for me, the whole process went without any inconveniences, Erin was on top on every details, made a lot of good recommendations and suggestions.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Erin to sell our property. After a very poor experience last year with another company and unsuccessfully selling the property, we decided to try to sell again. This time around, I looked for referrals and Erin was highly recommended. In our meeting, she came prepared with a package of comparisons, what had sold recently in our area as well as what her and her company provided. I was very impressed with how organized, prepared and personable she was. Erin was great at communicating with us every step of the way. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and was a great negotiator. In the end, we sold our property for over asking. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property.
