I came to know Eric Hutz by chance in a cold-call conversation. My husband and I happened to be informally looking to purchase an investment property. Over the course of our conversation, Eric proved to be personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I decided to pursue the relationship with Eric and moved forward with a pre-built sale. Because of unforeseen circumstances in the building process, due to Covid-19 and supply-chain issues, our pre-built completion dates were extended by 10 months.
