When we started looking for our first home in Colchester County, our mortgage specialist recommended Dylan. Dylan was great from the start - very responsive and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Truro and surrounding areas. He set up a call the night we reached out to him to explain the steps in the home buying process. I also attended a first time home buyers seminar co-hosted by Dylan. This was very valuable as someone who has never gone through the process before. It was clear it is important to Dylan that he educates the buyer on what to expect and avoid surprises while searching for a home.
