When my fiance and I started house shopping, we had very little knowledge about the realestate market and about what we truly wanted in our first home. On a whim, we met Dustin one fine evening and decided to hire him as our agent. From then on, all three of us went on a long (but incredibly fun) journey searching for the perfect home. Throughout this journey, Dustin was incredibly valuable to us. He was always available to show us houses on our schedule, he answered our messages almost immediately and was always available for a call if needed. Buying a home is stressful, but Dustin was there every step of the way to make it as smooth of a process as possible. We viewed many houses together, and not once did we feel any pressure from Dustin to buy! In fact, I feel like he had to put up with a lot from us, yet he never complained. During our journey we lost out on some houses that we loved, but Dustin assured us that he would look at 100+ more houses with us if he had to until we are satisfied. I am very happy to say they we ended up purchasing a home much more beautiful than we ever dreamed was possible. Dustin was a pleasure to work with and, although we are happy to have purchased our first home, we will truly miss working with him. We wholeheartedly recommend Dustin as a realestate agent. Dustin was SUCH a positive and resourceful asset to have in my corner, in both my search for a new home and in selling our current home. During what could have been a very chaotic, stressful time, I immediately felt comfortable with his level of expertise and free to explore my options with a clear, level-headed perspective, knowing that he had all of the other bases covered and my best interests in mind. In one of the most daunting, pivotal times of my life, he was an absolute rock and delivered his promise of helping me find the perfect home for myself and my daughter to grow into together. Dustin recently helped us purchase our new home in Uxbridge and sell our home in Pickering, both of which were outside of his local office's normal sales area.
