I was referred to Debra by a friend who said that we would be a good match for our mutual personalities and attention to detail, and that was true from our initial planning discussions through completion of the sale of my home. She went above and beyond the ‘call of duty’ for the sale, referring me to a wonderful Realtor in my new Saskatchewan city, consulting, and calming through many phases of the sale and purchase. Debra is an expert Realtor and amazing person who is plain spoken, realistic and personable in all of our interactions. Debra not only has knowledge of real estate but it is obvious that she has a lot of respect from fellow agents and within the industries associated with real estate. This respect can't be bought and is very valuable during the coordination of the multiple moving parts required for a home purchase. We always felt as though things were progressing and we were constantly being educated and incorporated in the potentially overwhelming process of the purchase.
